The easiest way to do this is to go to: Squirrly SEO > SEO Configuration > Tweaks and Sitemap > Sitemap XML and ACTIVATE the option: Automatically exclude from sitemap the URLs with ‘Noindex.’

You also can do this by post type using the Automation > Configuration functionality. Simply select the post type and switch off: “Include In Sitemap”.
